Booking Policies

Areas Covered: We offer babysitting services across all areas of Sifnos. Whether you are staying in a hotel, villa or private home, we come to you.
Minimum Booking Time: There is a minimum booking requirement of 3 hours per session.
Transportation: Please note that transporting children is not part of our responsibilities. All care takes place at your accommodation or nearby walking areas (e.g. beach, park), depending on what has been arranged.
Booking in Advance: To secure your preferred dates and times, we highly recommend booking as early as possible, especially during high season. We do accept last-minute bookings as long as there is availability.
Booking Extensions & Time Adjustments: We are happy to accommodate extensions and time adjustments for ongoing bookings. However, extensions or changes to your booking time must be requested in advance and are subject to availability as our professionals may have other scheduled commitments. For this reason, we also kindly ask all clients to return at the agreed time, ensuring we can continue to provide punctual, reliable and high-quality service for every family we care for.
Health & Special Requirements: We do not, under any circumstances, administer any form of medication (including oral medicines, topical treatments or any other pharmaceutical products).
If your child requires medication during the booking, a parent or legal guardian must be present to provide it personally. This policy is in accordance with Greek legal provisions on the protection of minors and the safe delivery of childcare services (Law 1566/1985 & relevant childcare safety regulations). Also, parents are kindly requested to inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions or special needs, so we can adjust our care accordingly (excluding the direct administration of medication).
Payment & Tipping: Full details about pricing will be shared upon booking. Tips are never expected, but are always appreciated if you feel moved to do so.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled booking. For cancellations made less than 5 days in advance, a cancellation fee may apply.
Code of Conduct: We kindly ask families to provide a calm, safe and suitable space for childcare, to share all relevant information honestly (e.g. health, allergies, behavior), to respect our caregivers’ time and personal boundaries and to communicate with kindness. We deeply value working with families who share the same spirit of trust and respect.
